Where your plans are
You can draw without an account. Until you save or share, your plan stays in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
Plans you save to your account are stored on servers in the European Union.
Who can see them
Every workspace is separate. The database itself checks, on every request, who may read a plan, and automated tests try to break that rule on every change.
A share link only lets people look. You choose how long it works and can turn it off at any time.
Signing in
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a passkey on your device. We never see or store a password.
Your data
Download all your data as one zip file, whenever you want: your homes, versions, photos and files, links, account details and payment records. Secrets such as keys are left out.
Delete your account and you are signed out everywhere at once. 30 days later the account and its plans are erased for good.
When a plan ends
When Pro or Team ends, we delete nothing. Your homes stay in your account: you can open them, look at them and export them with the small Squaremetry mark.
Paid features, such as the house style of a team, stay stored but read-only until you take a plan again. The server checks this on every request.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
