Turn the quantities of the plan into a quote with VAT, discount and markup per line, line templates per trade with your own prices, a valid-until date and the signature of your client.
1. Start the quote
Open Quantities and costs and click Make a quote from these quantities. Floor, walls, baseboard and ceiling come in with your own prices.
2. Lines from the plan
A line marked from the plan follows the drawing: change a wall and the quantity changes. At Line from the quantities, pick any quantity: demolish and new, sills, reveals, layers, tiles, the kitchen run, cables, pipes and symbols per piece. Add trade puts in all quantities of one trade.
3. Templates with your prices
Give the lines of a trade your prices and save them as a line template. Next time, Add to the quote puts them in again. Templates stay in this browser and, signed in, in your account. We never fill in prices.
4. VAT, discount and markup
Each line has its own trade, VAT %, Discount % and Markup %. The totals show a subtotal per trade, then per VAT rate, excluding and including VAT, with Valid until.
5. PDF and signature
Click Download the quote (PDF). Let the client type a name, sign on the screen and click Signed for agreement.
Messages you may see
- The quote changed after it was signed.
- Add at least one line first.
- A quote has at most 100 lines.
